The College of Earth & Environmental Sciences (CEES), University of the Punjab is  hosting 4th International Conference  on Emerging Trends in Earth and Environmental Sciences (ETEES), 2023 and cordially invites the researchers, academicians, professionals, managers and young researchers to present their research findings and innovations related to the theme of this Event.

Formats

CONFERENCE PAPERS

Each presenter will be allocated 15 minutes for the presentation (10 minutes for the lecture and 5 minutes for questions and discussion). The official format of the oral presentation is Microsoft PowerPoint. An aspect ratio of 4:3 is recommended for the presentation slides.

> ABSTRACTS/ SHORT PAPER should be submitted in docx format. Abstract should not exceed 400 words. Format for the Short Paper is available at cees.conference@pu.edu.pk. Abstracts and short papers will be subjected to peer review by a scientific committee to decide the fate of the  research work for either oral or poster presentation. A short paper can be published in a special volume of Pakistan Journal of Environmental Sciences.

> POSTER shall be related to provided conference themes. Poster shall have a size of A0 and landscape orientation. It should be submitted  in JPG format at cees.conference@pu.edu.pk one week prior to conference. All posters will be judged by the Evaluation Committee, who will award points for posters. Prizes will be given to first, second and third position holders.

The title should be centered in bold and Times New Roman font size 11

The authors name should be written as; first name then family name, 11 font size justified and in Times New Roman, the presenting/ corresponding author should be marked with *

Abstract 

It must be included purposes, Materials and Methods, results and discussion, conclusion. In Time New Roman, font size 10. It should not be exceeding 400 words

Keywords

Keywords must be related to the research topic and theme of conference, use 3 to 5 keywords.

Introduction 

It must be included background, problem statement (study statement), research question and objectives of research (please be brief). Please use Times New Roman, font size 10. Reference citations are shown in the text using superscript (Brown et al., 2019) or (Brown & Green, 2018) or (Brown, 2019).

Materials and methods 

It must be containing description of the materials and methods used in the study. 

Results and discussions 

Findings of the study and its impact must be described precisely.  You can add your tables (Table 1) and figures (Fig. 1) in the text, where it needed.
